1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Condition: Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Packaging: Must be returned in the original product packaging with all tags and manuals included.
- Defects: If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at info@tupperware.baby with photo evidence of the issue.
3. Return Shipping Costs
We provide free return shipping labels for all eligible returns within the contiguous United States. We do not charge any restocking fees. To obtain your prepaid return label, please email our customer service team.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at info@tupperware.baby with your order number and the reason for return. We will reply with a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
- Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected at our facility at 42 Bedford Rd, New Boston, NH 03070, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed within 1 to 2 business days.
- Credit Posting: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer’s policies.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
