How to use:
You can use the Mini Grater in two ways:
Grate directly over your plate.Position the Grater on a cutting board or plate at a 30° angle for optimal stability and ergonomic grip while grating.
Depending on how you grate, you can obtain different results:
For longer, finer grating results: Make long movements, starting at the top of the Grater to the end of the blade.For shorter, coarser grating results: Move the food in short movements up and down the Grater, using half of the blade.
